What a Difference 180 Years Can Make

Today, January 22 is the third anniversary of Cassia Rowan’s birthday. As her paternal grandparents, Glenda and I hope she has a happy birthday, and wish she lived close by so we could join in that celebration. Her birthday also reminds us that Cassia shares that anniversary with the US Supreme Court’s Roe vs. Wade decision that made it legal to kill unborn babies here in the United States. That decision was 37 years ago and it demonstrated that since Eve believed the lie and Adam failed to show leadership in his family that man is still trying to substitute his authority over God’s. In other words, man has from the beginning tried to be his own god. Choosing death over life for an innocent baby is a horror most Christians fail to comprehend.

Hutton talks, people listen.“ Fast forward to 2009; When President Barack Obama talks, people listen and then the stock market looses another four to five percent.

Reparations are Coming with Obama

To a large extent this presidential election is about racism and reparations. Make no mistake about it, Obama, who carries a black chip on his shoulder, is a socialist, and his skin color has made it easier to assume this political position of wanting to spread the wealth around. And he means over the world not just the U.S.

Interesting, Laughable, Disgusting and Sad

The candidates for the 2008 presidential race are proving to be interesting, laughable, disgusting and sad. Among the top four candidates we have the angry white male candidate, the gender candidate, the skin color candidate, and the Mayberry guy.

Are You Monogendered?

I know, I know, you probably don’t know the meaning of the word monogendered? Don’t feel too bad, Microsoft’s Word spellchecker doesn’t know either. I just learned the term yesterday, and I am monogendered.
